Intended perception: "Colgate lets me polish my appearance so I can better connect with friends and avoid being left out."

Campaign description: Hook the "Move-outs" to the brand by offering a free download of a teeth-whitening software tat can be used as a widget on web pages or tool in photo editing programs and cameras.
