CreativityWhen advertising ceased being Tia's primary outlet for her creativity, she took a sabbatical and enrolled in a nine month photo program. The experience taught her how to concept in a whole new way and tap into an inner voice that was totally non-commercial. This brought her to the realization that she was "a creative person first, and an ad person next". She warns about getting caught up in the details of technology (tech will always be changing). The goal is to be an idea person, not a technician. The most important asset you have as an Idea person is your THINKING. And the most important skills to develop are knowing how to present your thoughts in a way that other people will get excited about, getting people to see what you're seeing, and getting them to buy into your ideas.
