Media is not traditionally a creative field but it's changing.  Nowadays, because of technology, media can drive creativity.  The media companies that are going to survive are the ones that "think for a living" (are creative).  One of Tia's recent assignments was to research curiosity and create an environment that makes users "more curious about life".
